Hi, electric shower, the name of the theme is “Garland-revisited 1.5 by Simon Prosser”. It is a wordpress theme. Yes, you’re allow to use widgets for left and right sidebars. For the footer, I don’t know hows the one u really want, but I hope it helps. Hope you enjoy your time on Penang Deli!
